ME.GA. TOUR, Milano - 28 luglio, da Enoteca Naturale
The principle is to enhance a territory that is different in terms of nature and origins, with the aim of obtaining wines that represent it without compromise.
I produce my classic method sparkling wines in the easternmost area of Franciacorta, on the limestone hills of Gussago and Cellatica, 400 meters above sea level.
The soil where my vines sink their roots is of limestone matrix with iron infiltrations and clayey stratifications.
My wines are the result of a personal interpretation of this wonderful soil.
I do not use herbicides and synthetic chemical products.
In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the skins. I do not use any type of fining or stabilizing agent. Zero added sulphites.
